All sales are final. We accept exchanges for product(s) damaged in transit or if the incorrect item was shipped in accordance to the order entered.

Exchanges: To be eligible for an exchange, you must first email thebrandambassadorllc@gmail.com within 30 days of the order date with images of the product(s). Upon receipt of your email, we will respond promptly and accordingly. If a replacement item is not available, we will refund the full purchase price.
